AWS Plugin - Peer Distribution Options for AWS Profile Device Creators.

With a Master Cluster build, our least allocated peer will always be our Cluster Master.

A business design of the master is that it is used as the main interface of all users for production environments, api scripting, data enrichment, and other cron processes that run throughout the cluster. Adding discovery tasks to this Master peer creates dependencies that could result in the loss of data.

We need an option to limit the discovery of our new AWS devices to use the cluster settings for choosing the best distribution method, having a toggleable option in the plugin would be easy enough to define to 'Distribute Devices to Profile Location'. Where if you select it, only the peer that the AWS profile device is on will deploy the list that is generated from the plugin.
