As discussed on Slack, we are improving flow filter usability and ease of use in NPM 8.0. We are also moving FlowFalcon to DI. We cannot commit to a specific release but is is currently in development and should be available this FY25. As an interim solution you can ask the customer to use FlowFalcon on NMS for adhoc flow analysis which gives them the requested ability for all users to create flow filters.
