Some time ago, this Idea has been associated with an enhancement to Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, which would mean the solution would no longer be just an ITNM one. That CP4WAIOPs enhancement is not being considered for a future release.
I suggest following Anand's train of thought. There is cross-domain support, but what are the exact use cases related to cross domain RCA that are needed.
ITNM RCA works fine in cross domain environment ( provided network in split into multiple domains correctly ) expect down stream suppression but I am not sure if there easy way to support it.
We need more details about the exact use cases related to cross domain RCA so we can determine what the best way support it in view of above mentioned limitation of ITNM cross domain RCA.
