Out Off the Box Cross Domain RCA support in ITNM
Saudi Telecom Company currently has ITNM procured, however it's not currently being used due to the unavailability of cross domain RCA across multiple domains. Due to this, customer is highly dissatisfied as this tool is unusable and not fitting his requirements. He is also planning to replace the whole netcool product suite range. If IBM can provide this functionality out off the box, it will help in improving & enhancing their operations team capability to provide better service levels to their customer during an outage scenarios.
