Interface types are not distinguished in manual connection configuration

During the configuration of manual connections in layer 1, the problem has been when creating connections in layer 1 and the confusion occurs because the devices in the discovery have the same Display Label in different types of interfaces, for example cases in which mpls and ethernet they have the same Display Label.

It is necessary to be able to distinguish what type of interfaces they correspond to, in our case all layer 1 is done manually and many devices have this case and its correction is complicated.

    Thank you for this submission. We recommend taking advantage of the integration of ITNM with the topology manager capabilities of WatsonAIOps or the dynamic topology product known as Agile Service Manager. Both of these products have the same methods to provide custom/bespoke labeling features on any resource. Please see "Editing resource type styles" for more information:
