Need a platform health status page so SaaS customers can check to see if there are known issues before logging support requests

Most of the SaaS based products we work with have a Health Status page that lists the product's main features and their current operational status. This helps in the troubleshooting steps to know if we are having an issue or if the platform is having an issue. This not only saves time on the customer side, it eliminates many duplicate tickets being logged with your Service Desk team answering the same questions over and over. The health page can also be used to publish estimated timelines for recovery or a root cause summary that platform users can provide to their internal stakeholders.
