Allow to be build a policy to generate VM delete action for VM being idle for a defined number of days or VM delete actions or at least a list of VMs probably no longer used (minimal CPU usage, no networktraffic, etc.)

Based on Idea TURBO-I-450 (meature and display days a VM is being idle) please allow to set a policy to generate delte actions for VMs beiing idle for x days.

In addition to that, allow to set a policy as it is available with all the cloud optimization tools incl. the cloud provider tooling to set conditions under which a VM or other cloud services is suspicious not to be used anymore (less than x percent CPU peak the last x days, less that x KB inbound network traffic the last x days, ..). See the following links for metrics currently used by the cloud providers for generating shutdown recommendations:

Having a way to collect network traffic of a VM and being able to group VM with no traffic over a certain period of time would already be a very cool first step…
