Group Creation - Filter the list of values based on previous filter criteria already applied

When creating a group, a filter is added and list of workloads identified updates in real-time to show applicable systems fitting that filter criteria. However, when adding the next filter type such as Tags, i.e. Application, and clicking the drop-down list, the list is for all tag values across the organization, and not limited to just the tags that are applicable in the subset of systems shown in the preview. This leads to human error when there are multiple very similar tags. Example: Each Account may use a variation of the tag values that is only applicable to them:  Prod, prod, PROD, PRD, Prd, prd, production.  There is no way to tell which is the correct one for the two servers identified in the list based on prior filtering of Account/Environment/etc.
