support NodeJS PrismaORM or the DB dependencies thereof

Instana currently does not auto discover DB queries made to MySQL through the PrismaORM package (https://www.prisma.io/). Presumably it's not Prisma that needs to be instrumented, but rather the DB Driver it uses (MariaDB?).

AWS Lambda ESM Support

Currently, the NodeJS instrumentation for AWS Lambda only supports CommonJS modules. As of earlier this year, AWS Lambda supports ES Modules which bring a variety of benefits. Because of this, we're having to manually trace NodeJS lambdas.

Change the fix in Release 227 that show a message "Widget is not supported in Live Mode"

Release 227 include a fix (?) to disable the information and show a message in some AP widgets (Top Services, Top Endpoints, Processing Time) when live mode is enabled. The fix is annoying because we loose the visibility over those rankings and me...
