full feature monitoring for real time MSK

There are differences between monitoring of self hosted kafka and AWS MSK. The MSK metrics are available in AWS but not in Instana and I woudl propse to show the PER TOPIC metrics from MSK in Instana they way we do for self hosted Kafka.

Create operand to delete operators when uninstalling MCM v2.0.0

When uninstalling MCM v2.0.0 the user should have the ability to use an out-of-the-box operand to uninstall all of the operators MCM v2.0.0 creates. It is tedious to delete every operator when an install goes wrong.
