Copy connectors from one agent to Another OR Import & Export option

Admin should have the capability to copy a connector from one agent to another in on-prem implementation OR Ability to import and export connectors from one agent to another

Benchmarking manually entry output will not allow to go back to 0.

When manually entering the FTE Data Review we are unable to change the output from 1 to 0. It was defaulted as 0 before accidentally changed and now no way to get it back. When changing from 1 to 2 this works just not back to 0.
