Track new IaaS and DBaaS families releases and support them faster

Vendors are updating their instance families almost a year ago and we are not supporting yet in Turbonomic. As example: Standard_B8als_v2, Standard_B16ls_v2, Standard_B8ls_v2 from Azure.
