Chart formatting capabilities

Formatting options to include Title font sizes, bolding, colors. Ability to change contract for Cldy. Bar/line color options so we can create widgets that always have AWS in Blue and Azure in Red for example.

Disabling instrumentation for a specific pod and jdbc connection
