Add built-it metric to monitor top queries running more than 1 hour

In current Instana, monitor the top queries running more than 100 seconds, this 100 seconds is too short in our case. We want to monitor the running queries more than 1 hour. Please add this capability, thanks.

Hide authorization token in alert channel header value
