We want to make certain alerts and metrics for our call readiness visible in a mobile app. Currently, the integration via iframe does not seem to be possible due to the frame-option setting. Can frame-option be configured by customer?

Custom dashboards - Jump to analytics view in custom dashboard based on widgets metrics, aggregations, filter queries

Auto-Logout

It would be helpful if we could set an auto-logout after a specific amount of time.   Example: After a user has been logged in for 12 hours, force a logout so the user has to re-authenticate.

When Users are created with SSO or Frontdoor do not default their names to John Doe

Currently, if a user created through SSO/Frontdoor doesn't have First and Last Name, this user is created as John Doe. It's better to have empty names for such users.
