Alert on agents

We need to create an alert when there is a significant drop in the number of agents, currently there is one alert per agent. This will allow us to react quickly on our side in case of a significant loss of agents

Grafana Data Source Alert Management

Using the Grafana data source for Instana does not allow creating alerts. It would be really useful to be able to manage alerts from Grafana where we already have dashboards with built-in metrics and custom metrics (ie: StatsD).
