Support for getting Logs through API

In Instana we are able to get all data from the API but the logs. We need to expose an API to extract logs. This would also help to extend retention of logs outside Instana.

Sync Team Iterations (Sprints) in Date order

Ideally, the sprints that are auto-generated should sync back to Jira in the correct order. Instead, we put undue inconvenience of having to rearrange all the sprints after they are sync'd to Jira. This is not a good user experience.
