Replication support for External MySQL DB -

Currently External MYSQL DB where the Turbo is installed doesnt support replication. though we are configuring the replication in MysQL , the sync is getting break every day once the file roll over happens.

Provide a means of selecting all items on all pages

As a user, I would like the ability to select all items in a list/collection, so that I don't have to click 'show more' for each 20 items in each page to select all items on all pages.
