For incident and alert lists create an export to csv option.

When attempting to address a recurring/common issue its helpful to be able filter alerts/incidents, export to csv and create pivot tables to summarize changes required.

The customer would like the ability to create an "Actions" widget in their dashboard to showcase the action executed for a particular business unit. We created groups for these business units in Turbo based on customer tags but that scope is not supported in the "Actions" widget

Being able to showcase actions executed on the basis of a business group would allow for more friendly competition within departments to get a "better turbo score" and track their individual teams progress.
