This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Known Issues will exist in CSP and as information in the MySupport portal for customers to subscribe to.
Once the defects are fixed the corresponding information should be getting added to the release notes as part of the release documentation updates.
The plan is for Known Issues to be fully adopted by Engineering in Feb 2025 once Enablement training is complete.
Assuming what asked here is not CVE details but simply known defects, Support team is already working with Engineering team to introduce Known Issues via CSP for tracking defects/bugs that will affect multiple customers. It would not be possible to list every single defect, but we can provide a way to track those that have the most impact for customers. As part of the pilot project being run, here is an example of a Known Issue in the public domain. The customer can subscribe to the issue whilst it is open and automatically get informed once a workaround or fix is released

Sharing bugs info is in line with IBM policy on managing security vulnerabilities, which is done through PSIRT tool.
Instana is just adhering to that policy by not revealing info on CVEs prior to them being remediated.
