Button to create logs for ITP performance

We have experienced ongoing slowness issues in IT Planning.  When submitting a ticket, we are told the only way a ticket can be researched is to take a video and provide a HAR file at the same time.  This takes a significant amount of time on our side to produce.  Often it is end users reporting the slowness issue and it not feasible to ask them to record a video and produce a HAR file.   

My recommendation is that some type of button be provided in the tool that would create a log or produce the necessary information that is required by Apptio to research the issues.  

As an Admin or End User in IT Planning, I would like a way to make a selection in the Apptio tool that will produce a file/export of all the information that Apptio Support/Engineering requires to do appropriate research on the issues.   

I will know this is complete when I can submit a support ticket related to ITP and I do not have to go outside of the tool to create a video and a HAR file.
