The mail email address corresponds to who / which team members in your organisation? --> the email address correspond to member of team, responsible to resolving the incident or issue. In example, email received by recipients (defined in the To: position ) should include other recipients , defined in Cc:.
To: user1 , user2, user3
Cc: Manager of user1 and user2, Manager of user3
Currently, each recipients receive the personal email.
What do the above depend on? How often do they change? --> Instana admin during email channel definition. Not changed often.
The alert notification email starts off email threads with multiple other team members added onto it.

After responding to the alert notification email, the email eventually gets deleted
