Allow customization of name for traceId value in Java MDC

Instana automatically populates the MDC with the trace ID. The MDC variable name is See

We want a way to customize that mdc variable name. For example, we want to customize so that MDC variable name is instana_trace_id instead of Perhaps allow passing something like this to the java process: -Dcom.instana.mdcName=instana_trace_id

    Some reasons:

    • to maintain APM vendor neutrality/transparency as much as possible

    • to follow internal logging convention on how MDC keys should be formatted (dotted vs underscored)
