Customer wants the roadmap for Instana to cover the Cloud Native services mentioned in the attached sheet.

IBM is responding to an RFP by HDFC Bank Ltd and pitching IBM Instana/ Watson AIOPS Event Manager / SevOne with a potential deal size of $8-10M. Customer wants clarification on whether the Cloud Native services in the attached sheet already is / will be taken up in the roadmap to make is decision on partnering with IBM.

    Thanks for reaching out, what do you mean by monitoring? I assume you are talking about metrics data?
