This is useful as more clients on GCP are moving towards flex cuds and Turbonomic's rightsizing decisions need to take those into consideration to have trustworthy decisions on GCP compute resources.

Flexible committed use discounts are a GCP feature released on October 27, 2022 (https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/release-notes#October_27_2022).
Flexible CUDs are spend-based commitments that offer predictable and simple flat-rate discounts applicable across multiple VM families and regions. They provide significantly more flexibility than the resource-based CUDs, which apply only to a specific machine family and region.
An increasing number of GCP customers are complementing Flex CUDs with other savings plans.
To calculate optimal workload placement and to achieve the best possible deployment costs on GCP, Turbonomic’s analysis needs to discover and account for the Flex CUDs available in the specific GCP subscription.
