Make the optimization of Turbonomic by Turbonomic available per default when deploying on OpenShift

The Turbonomic OVA always includes the feature that Turbonomic optimizes itself and displays itself as business application. For this purpose the OVA included Prometheus to gather the required metrics, prometurbo to import those to Turbonomic, kubeturbo to manage the K8s cluster Turbonomic runs on and the required operator mapping (ORM) enabling action execution via the Turbonomic Platform Operator.

Please make these features available per default when deploying Turbonomic on OpenShift.

Minimum solution: The Turbonomic Platform Operator shall bring along the ORM CR while the the kubeturbo operator shall bring along the ORM CRD.

Maximum solution: Add Prometheus and prometurbo to display Turbonomic as business app.

All component are available yet, but needs to be deployed and integrated manually.

Instructions to deploy the CRD: https://github.com/turbonomic/orm

Turbo Server ORM: https://github.com/turbonomic/orm/blob/master/config/samples/turbo_operator_resource_mapping_sample_cr.yaml

Kubeturbo should in OCP be deployed by its own operator (and not by current t8c-operator), so this request should not include kubeturbo with the Turbo-on-Turbo setup. The Turbo Server however should deploy the ORM needed to allow a kubeturbo to resize Turbo Server components

There is an improvement underway to have kubeturbo deploy more easily and have all its own components, but should be kept separate from Turbo Server deployments. Passing this request to the Foundation PMs @Mitchell and @Chris Z
