Allow a way to Save As New a copy of an existing group, schedule or policy object

Allow for a group, policy, or schedule to be duplicated. Save As New. Keep all current settings allowing the user to first edit the one variable that needs to change and then save to create it. This would significantly speed up the scoping pre-work needed, especially when there are similar groups and policies needed but for a different tag value, constraint setting, etc.
