Allow Dex to run on multiple appliances

Currently in SSO set-ups Dex runs on 1 appliance. This makes SSO hard to function in environments behind load balancers as not every appliance is running the daemon and the requests may not come from the Cluster Leader

As the title says, adding these standard OIDs as trigger messages would be very useful for alerting and management on the NMS for engineers and owners of the affected device to contact the team or person responsible of it.
