Is there a Netcool Java Remedy Gateway version which supports the latest BMC remedy versions.

The latest BMC remedy versions i.e BMC Helix ITSM version 21.3 ( or 21.05 even). Future BMC Remedy version may also be containerized. We currently use Gateway for Remedy ARS V9: 1.0.9

Shadow jobs between zOS and TwsD : Matching criteria same scheduled date

Between TWS 8.6 zOS and TwsD 9.1 shadow jobs, the only value for "matching criteria" is "previous". We'd like you to offer also the value "same scheduled date". Thanks for your feedback.
