Ability to change policies on Databricks clusters: autoscale;autopause
Some users do not enable autopause and autoscale in their databricks environments. Although it is very hard to use Turbo's capabilities to resize databricks VMs as they spin up and down so often, it would be very helpful to change cluster policies...
Allow or block access to subscriptions/projects in turbonomic
Turbonomic should have capability to block/allow access to subscriptions or projects even though the owner of the subscription provides access to the service principal. As the target is set to Azure/GCP, we should have some granularity to allow/bl...

Exclude Citrix provision VMs from Citrix cloud in Azure resource group from the Turbonomic licensing
Azure VDI VMs do not count towards the Turbonomic license since 8.5.2 but Citrix provision VMs from Citrix Cloud in Azure resource group has calculated as of now. So Azure resource group which manages Citrix VDIs should not be counting in Turbonomic
