Support tracing of RMI calls in the same JVM.

Our information system rely a lot of on RMI calls between components ( EJB). To optmize those calls we have deployed multiple components in the same JVM. When a component A calls component B in the same JVM, INSTANA does not trace the call to B component as an RPC call. We only see SQL/HTTP ... made from B as they were made from A.

In this trace the component A: subscriberonlineservices, is making a SQL: "SELECT t1.SUBSCRIBER_ID_PK..." in fact this SQL is made by subscribingMgt EAR

    If visibility between these components is required, this can already be achieved using the Instana Tracing SDK by adding custom spans around the component invocation. This allows you to create a logical boundary in the trace so that downstream operations (such as SQL or HTTP calls) are clearly attributed to the correct component.
