Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps : Event Manager UI Concurrent Users

The concurrent users for the event manager shows max supported are 130 as per the documentation , For Etisalat we have over 1400 users and we need this feature immediately as we are planning for deployment that architecture should meet the customer requirements.  we need the event manager UI to scalable to more number of concurrent users ,  in the next merger of Event Manager code base to AI manager code as part of unification if this can be considered that would be good show case for scalability meeting customer requirements

    Information from the submitter


    Etisalat has multiple networking/IT domains and each of its end users access the web GUI servers to monitor their respective alarms

    Total provisioned users now are over 2000 however they expect 20/30% of the users(concurrent) use on a daily basis and this number is expected to grow to 1400 concurrent users in the next 3/4 years and as per the documentation the concurrent users supported are 140

    I remember this number should increase considering the netcool scalabalities and our customer needs



    Deriving from this.

    Today 2000 provisioned users. 20/30% concurrent would be 400/600 concurrent

    Future 1400 Concurrent . @20/30% would be 4666/7000 Provisioned users
