Turbonomic support for Oracle Cloud

The support for OCI (Oracle Cloud) was initially raised as "TURBO-I-274", but it seems to have stalled in discussions, being marked as "Not under consideration". On the other hand, there has been an increase in the use of OCI among Japanese customers recently. For this reason, I would like to register it as a new idea. It's worth noting that in Japan, OCI has been recognized as a Government Cloud, approved by government agencies, which is also contributing to its increased utilization.

I want also to emphasis on the importance of certifying Turbonomic on OCI, specifically, in MEA region- UAE.

We are witnessing a rapid and large adoption of OCI by gov./non-gov./telco and banks.

In fact, with Oracle soverign cloud options mainly, OCI DRCC (dedicated Region Cloud@Customer) and Alloy (Same as DRCC but targeted to Oracle partners to sell OCI services on Oracle's behalf), customers are adopting OCI largely and very widely. We can see an exponential growth of OCI adoption in this market, hence, certifying our products against it will give us and edge and provide us with more competitive value.

Considering that OCI has been growing over 50% Y2Y i think it must be considered as an important Cloud player. I'm from Chile and OCI has an important presence in the bank market and other industries. When we say that Turbonomic doesn't integrate with OCI we loose money, so please consider to add a target connector in the product.

Please ignore my previous comment. I would like to keep requesting to support OCI with this TURBO-I-542. Hope we'll have any update from Engineering. Thanks!
