update the Workload Improvements Charts to include what a workload is.

Customers want to track licenses - and often think they can use the workload chart to do so - but they cannot.  A separate Idea for Enhancement will be added today.

If the documentation was updated to include the following - it would add clarity. And avoid many questions to TAMS and Support.

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tarm/8.13.5?topic=types-workload-improvements-charts

"Workloads are a combination of Virtual Machines, Databases and Database Servers.

In addition when Turbonomic stitches the entities together there maybe some items from 3rd party data sources which cannot be tied to being OnPrem or Cloud. This will explain some small differences when adding Cloud and OnPrem entity totals."

There was a Support Ticket relating to this - see TS017276812

Hi Jim, thanks for submitting the Idea. A few questions on this for additional clarification, as this seems like 2 different asks:

    1. Workloads widget - define what a specific environment workload is (Application, Cloud, On-Prem)

    2. Easier way to track license usage - which is not based on the workloads widget, but rather the license section in settings and is only based on active VM's or Managed Virtual Server (MVS)

Additionally we have a new license type based on % of cloud spend monitored for SaaS deployments. All of this is shown in the license section in settings. See attached for example with all of this info and how MVS is aligned to active VM's only.

Glad to discuss and review further for clarification, let me know, thanks
