Single place to manage agent configuration

Now to configure the agent you must modify the configuration.yaml on the server. The idea is to have a place inside instana front to configure the configuration.yaml of each agent.

In GCP there are Flex CUDs that are used to reduce Ondemand costs on compute Resources. Turbonomic should discover and take Flex CUDs in consideration when rightsizing

This is useful as more clients on GCP are moving towards flex cuds and Turbonomic's rightsizing decisions need to take those into consideration to have trustworthy decisions on GCP compute resources.
