Supporting the Monitoring Agent for HTTP Server on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

I checked the KHU module for HTTP Server monitoring and found that when executing ./http_server-agent.sh start, a file named `khu.opt.IBMIHS.conf.httpd.conf` is automatically created, but it should be `khu.opt.HTTPServer.conf.httpd.conf`.
