Add Usage Family/Usage type to Resource Inventory

We request adding a field of Usage Family or Usage type to each line in the resource inventory in order to be able to separate any storage cost for example from actual instance usage. This can help especially when constructing reports via API call...

In GCP there are Flex CUDs that are used to reduce Ondemand costs on compute Resources. Turbonomic should discover and take Flex CUDs in consideration when rightsizing

This is useful as more clients on GCP are moving towards flex cuds and Turbonomic's rightsizing decisions need to take those into consideration to have trustworthy decisions on GCP compute resources.
