Built-in Event: Abnormal termination correlation event with deployment markers

Kubernetes is gracefully terminating the resources. In new releases, our resources will be replaced with new ones. Kubernetes sends SIGTERM signal to pods. This signal lets the containers know they will be shut down soon. This behaviour causes lots of noises on our monitoring/alert notifications. We want to use deployment markers to decide if the Sigterm is expected or not.

Very strongly agree with this! We see tons of noise with deployments from completely expected SIGTERMs, but for some reason Instana sees them as unexpected terminations. I would think Instana would consider SIGTERM a "clean" exit, but a SIGKILL is obviously unexpected and we should receive alerts.

I'm really really hoping this gets prioritized soon and would love to hear an update from the team.
