Thanks Simon. I'm bringing this in as a consideration for our ServiceNow refresh coming up later this year. We will soon be introducing direct URL links to action details which will be a start in this direction as we should be able to drop those direct links into the CR description so that users can single click back into Turbonomic to see the details. Later we can explore attachments but we also need to be mindful of the amount of data inbound to ServiceNow (your other idea would help in that respect to reduce the number of inbound CRs).
attached is the action details screen where the utilization data can be found. We need those data on the ServiceNow record.....either as an PDF attachment of that Action Detail screen, or just send the data in the Action DTO.
