License consumption split on Windows, Linux, DBs, etc in Turbonomic

It is good to know how many licenses we are spending on each category and will have better understanding of profitable utilization on them

Turbonomic has enabled support for IBM License Service as of version 8.9.3 release (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/SSFV9Z_8.x.x/pdfs/IBMTurbonomic_8.9.3.pdf) to track license consumption. For more details, see: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tarm/latest?topic=installation-tracking-license-usage-license-service

Initial support is only within the virtual machine image (OVA) deployments but is being expanded to include support for Kubernetes deployments too.

I've received a similar request from a Japanese customer. Currently, we do not have a license consumption listing, especially for DB-related instances, and we are unable to correctly count PaaS-related license consumption. License counting is a very sensitive and important feature for our business clarity. Therefore, we hope to add this function in the near future

Thank you for submitting a Turbonomic ARM enhancement request. This enhancement is either already been implemented in the product or does not align with our current product roadmap and unfortunately, will not be implemented at this time. If you feel strongly about its inclusion in Turbonomic and would like to resubmit you idea, please do so via the IBM Ideas Portal located at https://ideas.ibm.com. **If you do not already have an IBMid, you will be required to create one. This process is very simple and takes approximately two minutes.** Click 'Add a new idea'. Fill in the required fields and type 'Turbonomic ARM' as the product. Your Idea will be assigned to Product Management and reviewed for possible implementation. Thank you for helping make Turbonomic better!
