Dynamically Include % 5XX or 4XX Count in Smart Alerts

Hi Team,

I need to include below information dynamically in smart Alarming .

  1. Impacted country code which want to publish on mail.

  2. % of failure and failure count for impacted API name

So request you to please include all the above information should be come after your development.

    Host information can be added an a (global) custom payload to the Alert notification, but we won't know "country code" of the violating metrics.
    This could also be dozens of affected countries when a certain error rate % is violated, so we couldn't feasibly include this in the Alert email.

    The % is defined in the alert condition, or the count if the alert is based on count.
    Including the actual last known value of the metric violating the defined threshold is being considered as part of a separate idea.
